While the Fife Diet is ending we know lots of people will continue sourcing and cooking from local ingredients.  Great recipes I use this app often to help me find new recipes and to plan my. Meals for the week. It would be nice if you could delete recipes from the recipe box if you decide you don't like them. I love having the recipes on my phone, that way I don't have to take up valuable counter space with my computer or a print out! Love all the recipes I get to try, but I hope they could also include the names of dishes in their respective languages. Otherwise, I love everything else, including the large variety of recipes available in the app. EZ Access I love the fact that you can save your recipes in a box and get to them when you want them.

Anyway, the taping took about 2 hours and in between takes Stefano (who is really cute, really personable and really french) answers questions, chats with the audience (which is very small only 25 people or so) and is very engaging. The theme of the show was cocktail party (PERFECT!) and Stefano made 3 appetizers and a cocktail. The Liaison College Oakville student chefs cooked a recipe from the gold medal winning book, Canada's Favorite Recipes by Rose Murray and Elizabeth Baird, published by Whitecap Books. The recipes were carefully evaluated and chosen based on specific criteria; level of difficulty, seasonality, method of preparation, appeal etc.

When we're together, which isn't often since they live in Arizona and California, conversation at breakfast is always focused on where our next meal is coming from, whether we're trying new recipes at home or exploring a new restaurant while traveling. Since we offer dinners as well as breakfasts, I have plenty of opportunities to do what I love best - feed large crowds!
